Chef Stone

Abiola Akanji alias”Chef Stone” grew up in Nigeria’s most vibrant city, Lagos. He picked up some of his culinary skills from whilst working in restaurants abroad. He then went ahead for professional training at the French Culinary Institute in New York City. His passion for food started at a tender age; even as a young boy, he was always in the kitchen with his mum. These bonding times stirred up his interest in food, and as he watched her, he experimented and perfected the art of cooking. These peculiar experiences have built him to where he is today.
At 34 years of age, he owns a culinary school in Lagos and Abuja where he teaches individuals some of his acquired culinary skills, passing on knowledge and creativity amassed over the years.
Chef Roux
Chef Roux’s love for cooking started at the early age of 7, watching her mother cook and bake.
She is a Cell Biologist that went on to training at Red Dish Chronicles Lagos where she graduated top of her class.
Her love for catering to her large family and friends gave her this inexplainable satisfaction and joy hence her decision to pursue a career as a Chef.
She and other Red Dish Chefs provided culinary support at the GTBank Food &Drinks Fair 2019.
She currently trains the professional students at Red Dish Lagos branch.

Chef Hurlarr
Wielding a BSc in Business Administration, Adeola Alabi alias Chef Hurlarr started her culinary journey under her dad, a chef.
She fell in love with cooking a variation of meals and with the the art of plating.
She is the RDC Lagos African Chef with speciality in meals from African countries like Morocco and South Africa. She loves to learn new things.
Chef Blade
Master Chef Blade is the founder of COMPLETO-KUCHE (Spanish - German named culinary house). A seasoned research chef, food collector, food blogger and amazing gourmet foodie.
Kick signature chef of “Food-Out Buffet” making 100 meals and owner of Food Tour Show: Cooking-Comedy which floated its food train from Uyo, Calabar to Enugu.
A Culinary Consultant with chains of professionally trained “On-The-Go” chefs.
Completo Kuche received a go ahead approval from Guinness world record to cook the biggest pot of food in the world after months of profiling and feasibility assessment. (Ongoing Project)
Chef Isie
Chef Isie is an alumni of Red Dish Chronicles. His love for cooking has so much to do with his ability to make people happy while passing on knowledge. Chef Isie has so much passion for cooking and also for music and dancing and that shines through in his classes.

Chef Muse
Chef Muse’s love for cooking began in her grandmother’s kitchen and led her to Red Dish Chronicles where she trained and later became part of the team.
She worked as a Chef at L’italiano Restaurant, rose rapidly to the position of Head Chef.
In 2018, she taught a Masterclass at the GTbank Food & Drinks Fair.
She trains Professional Chef Students at the Red Dish Abuja Branch.
Chef Zeelicioussss
Growing up, Zara Mustapha AKA 'Chef Zeelicioussss always had a passion for food. She is a British/Nigerian Chef that grew up in the UK.
Though she studied Journalism & Media initially, she decided to follow her dreams and stick to the love and passion she has for culinary arts. She worked in several restaurants including Wagamama & Bella Italia and went on to take a Culinary Arts course in the Uk (Ashburton, Devon).
Her goal is to share her passion with others and encourage young people to follow their dreams and achieve their goals.
Chef Tessy
Taslimat known as Tessy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Her love for food and cooking started at an early age. Her earliest influence was her mum who was a well known and qualified caterer who worked for Top hotels and institutions.
She fell in love with the art of cooking and food by watching her mum and being a guinea pig for new recipes. She started gaining experience at an early age by reading and trying out recipes from her mums numerous cookbooks and going for trainings on cooking, baking and cake decorating.
Her eagerness to learn new recipes is how she came to be a part of the Red Dish family.
Chef Nikki
Chef Nikki started off as a student at Red Dish Chronicles, Lagos. She was juggling culinary school whilst completing her Bachelors Degree in University of Lagos.​
Chef Nikki has grown into an amazing Chef with more determination than most. Chef Nikki has gone from chef instructor to PR & Communications Manager for Red Dish Chronicles
Chef Simi
Chef Simi, a former Networking and computer hardware administrator, making pastries and treats is almost second nature.
Her love for decadent and premium quality bakes drove her to getting a formal education in Patisserie at Red dish chronicles, Lagos - and is now a part of the team.
She takes the French baking and pastry classes at Red dish Chronicles Lagos.
